ASB & Leadership

The PACK Class is a leadership course on campus that will work to spread Pride, Accountability, Courage, and Kindness around the Sierra High School community. The course is designed to facilitate growth in leadership, communication, and organizational skills necessary for developing success in high school and beyond. The class will place great emphasis on student planning and student responsibility while providing great potential for learning, fun, and accomplishment. If you are interested in the opportunities of being in the PACK class, return the application to Mr. Greene by Monday, March 7th at 3:00pm (you may drop your completed application off in the front office of Sierra and it will be delivered). Being involved is a critical part of the high school experience. If you are someone who wants to “make things happen” then this is the class to join. Students selected to be a part of the PACK class will have a crucial role of taking on the responsibility of creating recognition across campus. This area of school culture is vital to helping people feel welcome at Sierra and building self-confidence and esteem. In addition, the work done in this class will boost school spirit and seek to involve all students in the culture at SHS. There will be several activities that take place outside of the classroom, before and/or after the school day. Attendance will be required at some and strongly encouraged at others.

Steps for Selection

Step 1: Complete the application and turn it in by March 31st

Step 2: Acceptance notices made by May 5th

In order to be considered for the class officer position, you must complete the application process and turn in a completed application packet to Mr. Greene by Monday, March 31st at 3:45pm (you may drop your completed application off in the front office of Sierra and it will be delivered).
