Beginning Choir

A performance-based class for new or intermediate singers looking to advance their singing abilities and sing in a group setting.  The class is currently offered Spring Term.  We do two main programs (Pops Concert and Spring Concert) and around 5 smaller concerts throughout the term including Evening of the Arts, Lobo Gold, Delta Choral Festival, CSU Stanislaus Choral Festival, and more.  A great place to meet new friends and make beautiful music!

 

Advanced Choir

A performance-based class for veteran singers.  In order to get into Advanced Choir, approval is required from Mrs. Dunyon and your Counselor.  Advanced Choir has two main concerts over the Spring term:  First is our Pops Music Concert, where many modern day Pop Tunes, Broadway Hits, and an occasional dance or two are performed.  The final concert at the end of the year is the Spring concert where pieces are performed from other time eras and sung in different languages.  We also perform smaller programs throughout the term including Evening of the Arts, Lobo Gold, Delta Choral Festival, CSU Stanislaus Choral Festival, and more.  Advanced Choir is for the singer who loves music and can bring a positive attitude to the group every day.  A great place to meet new friends and make beautiful music!
