 Manteca Historical Society and Manteca Museum

Community Service Hours Available
The Manteca Historical Society and Museum is looking for students who may wish to volunteer at the Museum Events for Community Service. Community service activities are always welcomed on applications for various colleges and universities.

 WACAC 2024 Spring College Fair

Sacramento State is hosting the WACAC 2024 Spring College Fair. Students will be able to meet with representatives from over 100 public and private universities. The event will be on Tuesday, May 28 at the Sacramento Safe Credit Union Convention Center in Downtown Sacramento. Register in advance at

Classes run for 8 weeks, June 10 – August 2

  • Last day to drop without a W: June 16
  • Census date (when students will receive a letter grade): June 17
  • Last day to drop with a W: July 8


The steps for students to join can be found at


  • Delta’s summer application for admission is open, so new students can complete Steps 1 & 2 now to get their Delta student ID #.
  • We’ll begin processing summer DEP forms March 4th. Current DEP students do not have to submit the form again.
  • Open Registration for summer begins April 1st.
    • Students should be encouraged to register early as seats in the shared online classes are ‘first-come, first-served.’



Attention Seniors,
THE FAFSA APPLICATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 2nd and ALL seniors are REQUIRED to complete this application!

If you are planning to attend college in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, please complete the 2024-2025 Financial Aid or California Dream Act application. The deadline to submit your application is April 2, 2024. It is important to complete the FASFA or CADAA to become eligible for money for your post-secondary education.

  •  FAFSA - Fill out and submit the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if you are a
    • US citizen or eligible non-citizen.
    • If you are filing a FAFSA, you will need an FSA ID. To create an FSA ID click here.

  • CADAA - Fill out and submit the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) if you are an undocumented student.  
    • For a CADAA eligibility & worksheet click here.
    • You can find more resources for students & parents here.
    • Male students ages 18-25 applying for CADAA are required to register with Selective Services. Please note that you do not need a social security number to register, that part can be left blank. Register at any U.S. Post Office.
  • CHAFEE - Fill out and submit the Chafee Application if you were in foster care for at least one day, between the ages of 16 and 18.
